Project Description
Bronson conducted a detailed review and reconciliation of program funding awarded by IESO to Alectra, an LDC channel partner who opted for incentive financing through the “Pay for Performance” (P4P) funding model. Reconciliation process required detailed review and scrutinization of underlying contracts and related correspondence and documentation, cash flows, net-to-gross energy savings, incentive payments, reported expenses and assessment of underlying reasonableness and eligibility of reported totals. Final payment reconciliation also required detailed IRR calculations on net quarterly cash flows in order to establish the final balance to be settled as per terms of the P4P funding model. Final report also included recommendations for subsequent program design to address observed challenges.
