Tim Hore

Tim has over 25 years of experience managing consulting assignments for government departments, NGOs, post-secondary institutions, ministries of education, and private sector firms. He specializes in strategic planning, program impact evaluation, change management consulting, and stakeholder engagement to inform organizational strategy formulation. Tim’s areas of expertise include assessing the net impact of demand side management energy efficiency incentive programs, conducting compliance audits for energy efficiency labelling, doing training needs assessments for government departments, and reviewing the efficacy of programs in the health sector. He also has extensive experience in working with municipalities, associations and government departments to facilitate workshops and help them develop strategic plans. He is an exceptionally strong team leader with a knack for determining the appropriate scope and level of effort required to make projects and teams successful. Tim first joined Bronson Consulting Group in 2008.
