Project Description
Bronson conducted a review to clarify the roles and responsibilities of DCSB’s Branch Business Planning Unit (BBP). Specifically, it had been observed that there was an overlap in the role that BBP assumed in relation to the role and processes of other corporate stakeholders. Bronson established an understanding of existing business processes within BBP of DCSB, conducted extensive consultation with management and staff of this unit as well as with representatives from BBP units in other branches to understand and document existing processes. Bronson reviewed all available internal documentation to establish an understanding of the existing processes in place within the BPP of DCSB.
Ultimately Bronson identified recommended roles, responsibilities and business processes for the BBP unit in DCSB including the development of an implementation strategy to achieve recommended outcome and to build capacity to assume recommended roles and responsibilities.

Our Solution and Outcome
Bronson conducted a comprehensive review of BBP’s roles and responsibilities, aiming to address observed overlaps and streamline processes. They established an understanding of existing business processes within BBP through extensive consultation with management, staff, and representatives from other branches. Bronson also reviewed available internal documentation to further inform their understanding.
Based on their findings, Bronson identified recommended roles, responsibilities, and business processes for BBP, ensuring clarity and efficiency. Additionally, they developed an implementation strategy to achieve the recommended outcomes and build capacity within BBP to assume their new roles and responsibilities effectively.
The outcome was a clear and well-defined framework for BBP’s operations, enhancing its ability to contribute effectively to DCSB’s goals and objectives while minimizing overlaps with other corporate stakeholders.
