Project Description

Bronson conducted a review to clarify the roles and responsibilities of DCSB’s Branch Business Planning Unit (BBP). Specifically, it had been observed that there was an overlap in the role that BBP assumed in relation to the role and processes of other corporate stakeholders. Bronson established an understanding of existing business processes within BBP of DCSB, conducted extensive consultation with management and staff of this unit as well as with representatives from BBP units in other branches to understand and document existing processes. Bronson reviewed all available internal documentation to establish an understanding of the existing processes in place within the BPP of DCSB.

Ultimately Bronson identified recommended roles, responsibilities and business processes for the BBP unit in DCSB including the development of an implementation strategy to achieve recommended outcome and to build capacity to assume recommended roles and responsibilities.
