Julia McCormick

Julia is a program and project manager with highly successful delivery in high-tech, e-commerce, finance, HR and Government organizations with a reputation for being an effective liaison between delivery and functional business units. She brings a unique skillset balancing customer relationship management with business technology requirements that is invaluable in leading strategic initiatives and finding the best solutions for the client. In addition to formal training in software development and project management, she is also recognized for her strength in managing cross-functional teams, cross-cultural dynamics, and geographically-distributed teams from her experience with various technology organizations in Ottawa, Germany, and Barbados.  Julia is an Agile Certified Project Manager (PMI-ACP), PMP, and Scrum Master. She is also a Tableau Desktop Specialist and is pursuing further certifications with Tableau and Alteryx.
