Project Description
Bronson built Klipfolio dashboards to enable reporting on metrics related to the company’s social media presence (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+) and website (using Google Analytics). Through the use of Klipfolio Bronson produced dynamic and visually appealing dashboards to enhance Colliers’ awareness and understanding of the impact of its’ social media and website presence. IThe Bronson team identified relevant key performance indicators (KPI) including an assessment of how best to visually represent each KPI in order to convey a compelling message through the dashboard.
Bronson also conducted testing of the dashboards and provided performance measurement advice and support to the Project Authority to identify available options to expand the company’s use of Klipfolio for reporting. Bronson provided the Project Authority and other key company personnel with an information session on Klipfolio and the dashboards to ensure a good understanding of the power and potential of Klipfolio, to facilitate an understanding of the story of each klip and dashboard and ultimately to build capacity internally for ongoing use of Klipfolio for dashboard reporting.
